The EP-MVP3G series equipped with VIA MVP3 chipset, an AGPset offering 100MHz bus frequency for upcoming K6 3D or Cyrix M2 CPUs, are based on ZIF socket 7 CPUs. By providing a massive increase in the bandwidth available between the video card and processor, the unique feature of AGP, supported by MVP3 chipset, improves the speed of rendering and texture for 3D graphics. It supports selected ACPI Power Management functions meeting the requirements of the PC97 specification and Microsoft's Windows 98 power usage savings for the system and peripherals. Two bus mastering EIDE ports are provided plus a floppy disk port supporting two drives of any industry standard capacity including 2.88MB and LS/120 as well as 1.44MB and lower capacity types.
