SUPER P6DKS - Supermicro DUAL PENTIUM II PROCESSOR SUPER P6DKS supports dual Pentium II 233/266/300 MHz Intel's Klamath processors(Vcore =2.8V)*. It offers a highly optimized and more robust performance for 32-bit operating systems and MMX applications. 2940 UW SCSI ON-BOARD SUPER P6DKS has an on-board Adaptec 2940 Ultra Wide SCSI controller with fast data transfer rate of up to 40 MB/s. This solution gives you a lower cost of ownership while providing an extra PCI slot to accommodate future growth. CHIPSET/MEMORY/EXPANSION SUPER P6DKS is ATX size and is based on Intel’s 440FX PCIset. It can accommodate a total of 1GB memory, FPM or EDO. It comes with four PCI bus mastering slots and four ISA slots. SYSTEM OVERHEAT CONTROL A very important feature on all SUPERMICRO mainboards is the capability of preventing the server or workstation from overheating. If the power supply fan or the processor cooling fan goes down, the circuitry can detect an overheat temperature depending on the user-defined setting. SUPER I/O On-board I/O includes 2 EIDE ports (DMA Mode 2 and PIO Mode 4), a floppy port, an ECP/EPP parallel port, PS/2 mouse and PS/2 keyboard, 2 serial ports, an infrared port and 2 Universal Serial Bus ports. SYTEM MANAGEMENT MODULES Our system modules provide enhanced manageability and security features. When used with SUPERMICRO SUPER PC Doctor Utility or Intel’s LANDesk Client Manager (LDCM), they can monitor the system temperature and voltage, as well as chassis intrusion detection . * P6DKS can not support Intel's Celeron or Deschute Pentium II processors.
