Pěkné balení procesoru VIA C3. Stačí to? Podle oficiálního prohlášení společnosti VIA má být nový procesor VIA C3 distribuován v poměrně povedeném retail balení. Je otázkou, zda zrovna tato skutečnost povede ke zvýšení prodejnosti. Dvě nové základní desky s paticí Socket 478 od FIC Společnost FIC uvedla dvě nové základní desky s paticí Socket 478, které jsou obě postavené na čipové sadě Intel 845. Obě desky jsou takřka totožné a liší se pouze formátem.
